Job Description

Performance Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist, and we
enthusiastically welcome new graduates to apply. We are a locally owned clinic that has
proudly served our community for over 25 years, with a strong reputation for high-quality,
hands-on care.

Our clinic is built around a patient-centered approach, focusing on creating a positive
experience from the first point of contact through discharge. We believe great outcomes
happen when therapists are supported, mentored, and given the time and tools to truly
care for their patients.

This position is ideal for a new graduate who:

Has a strong interest in manual therapy
Is eager to learn and develop advanced clinical skills
Values one-on-one patient care and meaningful relationships
Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, supportive team

You will receive mentorship and guidance in:

Manual therapy techniques
Treatment of TMJ dysfunction
Balance and vestibular (vertigo) rehabilitation
Dry needling (a plus, but not required)
