in Muscle Activation Technique (MAT),
as well as advanced Primal Reflex Release Technique (PPRT).
Paula works with high school and college athletes,
competitive runners, and triathletes, and cares as a
physical therapist for Fort Collins professional women’s
soccer team. But she equally enjoys working with
non-athletes from infants to seniors.
Congratulations to Paula
Nickel for being named “Fittest Exec” in the female over 40
category. This competition was part of the Northern Colorado
Business Report’s fourth annual Bixpo event and was
determined by a series of physical and medical tests and
responses to a detailed Health Assessment Survey. Paula’s
advice for keeping fit includes, “Just do whatever you can
when you can, like walking. Don’t worry about doing
something every day, but keep with it.” |
